Shop at Cambridge's Central Square Farmers Market

Not far from our Cambridge apartments is a fun destination known as the Central Square Farmers Market. It's home to vendors that sell everything from honey to flowers. Here are a few of the vendors you can discover during your visit:
Hutchins Farm
Founded in 1895, Hutchins Farm started using organic methods in 1973. Today, it's one of the oldest and largest certified organic fruit and vegetable operations in Massachusetts. The selection varies by season.
Sherman & Cherie's Beezy Bees
Nestled in western Massachusetts, Sherman & Cherie's Beezy Bees is known for its award-winning wildflower honey. Sherman and Cherie became interested in bees after purchasing hives in 2017. The honey varies in color and flavor from season to season and is delicious in tea, on toasted bread, and more. Other products include candy, lip balm, and hand cream.
Copicut Farms
From ground beef to lamb rib chops, Copicut Farms is a top choice in Boston for local pasture-raised meat. Except for during the harsh winter months, the animals are kept outside, where they forage for grass, insects, and legumes. Farmers Vincent and Elizabeth believe in supporting the community. Last year, they donated more than 300 pounds of poultry and 500 pounds of eggs to area food pantries and fundraisers. Stop by the farm's stand at the market to pick up something delicious for dinner.
The Central Square Farmers Market is open during the 2023 season from May 15th to November 20th. Shop between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
